Villa housing 200 meters from the sea, in a quiet residential area, with equipped outdoor spaces an internal parking space. Entirely fenced, it is accessed via an automatic gate. The locality of Torre Suda, Sea area of Racale, awarded with 4 Legambiente Sails, is characterized by the a great availability of services, a promenade with a cycle/pedestrian path and a coastal garden. Along the coast you can find equipped bathing areas, with low rocks, bars and restaurants.
Externally, the house has a large porch equipped with sofas, table and barbecue. Spread over two levels for a total of 6 beds. On the ground floor there is a dining room, kitchen (hob, fridge, oven, crockery), a double bedroom and a single bedroom, bathroom (with hairdryer), closet. In the basement, which is accessed independently from the porch, there is a large room with sofa, fridge, ironing area (iron and ironing board are provided), a single bedroom and a double bedroom, bathroom. It also has a laundry room with washing machine and sink and a second sink is arranged outside with an adjoining clothes hanging line. The house is fully air-conditioned and totally fenced.
The reservation includes: initial cleaning, use of air conditioner (with common sense!), clean sheets, three bath towels, toilet paper and soap, cleaning products.
A deposit of €200 is required upon access (unless paid otherwise).
