This one bedroom ground floor Madeira Beach Yacht Club condo is perfect for a relaxing get away. This condo recently totally renovated with new kitchen cabinets, tiled walk in shower, all new flooring, ceilings, and light fixtures. New AC unit April 2022. This unit is furnished with King size bed, pull out queen sleeper sofa, and washer and dryer. All linens, towels, and fully furnished kitchen. This unit has 2 flat screen TV's. Only need to bring your clothes. Unit also features 12x 14 enclosed patio area with sliding windows and ceiling fan. We are a short walk to beach, ROC park across street, and shopping nearby. 2 pools, sauna, hot tub, and workout room. Note: 1 week minimum stay. Requires Saturday arrival in season. Nightlife and restaurants within walking distance to hop on the trolly with stop nearby.

Great Location
Easy check in and a great location. Able to walk to most everything that you would need. The condo has many amenities and is well stocked with useful items. The host is quick to respond and very friendly. We look forward to staying again in the near future. A+

Cozy!
The condo was lovely, it was very cozy, little smaller than we thought but that's okay! The owner was amazing and answered all my question's I had at anytime. There is literally everything you need in the condo, so much beach stuff and extra towels and dishes/pots/pans in the kitchen, it was nice sitting in the patio drinking coffee in the mornings. It was close to everything and loved our walks in the morning around the R.O.C park and our daughter plays softball and they had softball games almost every night we were there so we were able to watch that, it was a great stay! I also love how secure everything was, you have to have a key to even get in the gate to get to the doors to the condo's, I love that, having a baby and 7 year old I liked that piece of mind... Would stay again!

First time staying at the yacht club. Great condo with everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Would stay here again.
