Cozy, intimate and bright apartment in an exceptional location a stone's throw from St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican Museums, a few meters from 2 metro stations, Mercato Trionfale, many restaurants, pubs and bars and perfectly connected to the entire city of Rome. Consists of entrance hall with kitchen, two bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom with shower, internal condominium garden. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Visitor's tax must be paid upon arrival. For stays longer than 10 nights, a payment related to the cost of intermediate cleaning will be due; this is a necessary condition that is accepted by confirming the reservation. The cost is equal to the cost already incurred applied at the time of booking. The payment must be paid prior to arrival and agreed with the host. . Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

No cleaning before arrival. There were no clean sheets and towels provided. Agent opening the door was embarrassed but he couldn’t find the cleaner nor the property manager. I reported to Vrbo. They supposedly contacted the property manager. We left the property. A few hours later the property manager texted me and reported the cleaner went and completed the job. They will refund me the cleaning fees. I also reported the toilet seat was broken. He asked someone to fix it. I went back to the property. What the manager described was done. The property has no air conditioning. It smells in the kitchen / living room. Temperature dropped at night. It was ok to sleep. Water temperature and pressure were good in the bathroom.
