Fantastically located cottage with panoramic views of Tannis Bay and just about 300 meters to the beach. The cottage is older but well maintained and well furnished with plenty of space. There is a double bedroom and access to the solarium. In addition, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a guest house with a double bed and its own shower and toilet. Living room in staggered level with dining area and living room with access to the enclosed terrace and solarium. Kitchen with dining area. From all the living quarters of the house there is the fantastic view of the Bay of Tannis. Enjoy the sunny days and evenings in the enclosed terrace and solarium, where there is good shelter. From a corner in the solarium, you can also enjoy the fantastic view of both the sea and the dunes through the glass facade. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
