Central location but substandard flat
The flat smelled as though it had recently been lived in by smokers then attempts had been made to remove this smell with a lot of air freshener. There were no bins. Literally not one bin. One wardrobe and two out of the three beds were broken. The fridge was at an angle of about 80 degrees on an uneven kitchen floor. There was a bag of rubbish left in one of the kitchen cupboards. The over-bath shower head in the main bathroom was not held in its clamp so it wasn't really possible to take a proper shower. One of the few cups provided was broken. The bedding did not fit and the pillows were just full of horrible lumps. The agency, Prim Short Stays, emailed to say the key safe code was available then when I clicked through I just got a message stating the code was locked. It was then difficult to get hold of them. When I did eventually speak to someone they said the code would be made available at 3:00 pm. Fine. Just don't tell me it will be available at 9:00 am then. Oh and the electrical circuit breaker box had stickers stating it had not been tested within a legal time period for rented accomodation. Finally, did I mention it smelled like it had been lived in by smokers for a long time? And that there literally was not one bin in the entire flat?
