Casa La Capperina is an exclusive rental property.

It is a small tower set between the cliffs and with private access to the sea.

The place where it stands is enchanting, more precisely in the center of a nature reserve called
"Punta Campanella Marine Park"


The outdoor area is divided into terraces that surround the tower thus leaving the opportunity to enjoy a splendid sea view and the possibility to clearly admire the island of "Li Galli" and the rock of "Vetara".

On one of the terraces we find a beautiful salt water swimming pool, sun beds, deck chairs and direct access to the sea.

Once inside, an environment welcomes us that immediately refers to the typical style of the Amalfi coast.

The light that filters through the windows emphasizes the typical colors of these places, the cobalt blue, the turquoise and at times the bright yellow that recall the sea and the sun of this land.

The rooms of the property are distributed as follows:

On the first level we find the living room, the kitchen and a bathroom;
a person can sleep on this level;
On the second level there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom.
In total, therefore, they can accommodate up to 5 people.

The property is a unique place of its kind and is perfect for those who are looking for peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

If you want, you can rent a boat, embarking directly from the private dock and thus having the possibility to quickly and easily reach Capri, the Li Galli island, the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento.

The uniqueness and characteristics that distinguish this charming residence are the prerequisites for an unforgettable vacation and experience.

It should be remembered that being built on a rocky wall, the road leading to the property includes a 1.5 km dirt track;
in addition there are 100 steps that descend from the entrance of the house to the actual parking lot.

Rental rules
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, the final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival.
Prices are in Euros. Minimum stay: 5 nights.
A cash refundable deposit of € 300 must be provided upon arrival, it will be returned at check-out time after verifying the absence of any damage.
Check-in is from 15.00 to 19:00. Check-out is by 10:00 am.
Late check-in fee (after 19:00): € 50.
Prices include taxes, towels, bed linens and electricity.
For rentals longer than 8 days, cleaning and linen change will be performed, halfway through the stay at no cost.

Refundable deposit: € 300.
City tax: € 2 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards)
If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases.
