Right next door is the Restaurant at the "Dawn Park" complex, just a minute's walk from the "Dawn Park Deluxe". Inside the complex there is also a dry and steam sauna, a fitness room and a hairdressing salon next to it. The complex and the surrounding area are under video surveillance and protection.
