This stylish and extended ground floor apartment is frontline with stunning views of the 15th hole and the lake on the prestigious Mar Menor Golf Resort with its 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course. It's perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home. Its central location makes it a short stroll to the driving range and the clubhouse with its bars and restaurants. A few minutes more and you will be at Club MMGR where you can pay a small fee to access sports the facilities including heated swimming pool, padel courts, mini golf and gym. Club MMGR also has a bar/restaurant. There is a small but well stocked supermarket on the resort.

As the former show home this is a much larger than normal apartment and it also benefits from a second living/dining area in the glazed area which can be opened up to the terrace and communal gardens.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.

In the first bedroom, you will find 2 single beds which can be zip locked together to form a super king size double bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk in Italian shower, double sink, toilet and bidet. Please let us know when booking whether you want the beds in this room made up as singles or a double.

The second bedroom has two single beds and it's own private terrace. The second bathroom is adjacent and has a toilet, sink and shower cubicle.

Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a TV with thousands of channels and excellent WIFI. The apartment benefits from reversible air conditioning/heating throughout.

The communal swimming pool is mere steps away and also has a children's pool and a life guard.

Within the glazed living/dining room is a lockable storage locker for your golf clubs.

Just off the resort, a short walk, you will find The Boulevard with a good choice of restaurants and bars and the town of Los Alcazares is less than ten minutes away. Here you will find many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor.

Linen and towels are all included for you as is the end of stay cleaning fee.

There is plenty of free parking adjacent to the apartments.
