This charming family villa is the ideal base for a wonderful holiday in the South of France. With its 4 comfortable bedrooms, fully air-conditioned interiors and wonderful outdoor living space it's a great holiday home.

Villa Brigitte is a fully air-conditioned villa of 180 sqm comprising on the ground floor of a spacious living room, dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and office. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor and they share a spacious family bathroom.

The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a newly renovated ensuite bathroom.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. The well maintained garden offers a large free-form swimming pool with shallow end (can be heated on request), ideal for children to play. There are multiple outdoor living areas with sunloungers, and comfortable lounge furniture completed with a nice outdoor pool house. It's located just outside the village of Roquefort les Pins and only a short drive to Valbonne.
