The apartment has a large size, very bright and airy; upon entering we find a large corridor that separates the rooms, immediately on the left we find an elegant room with a table and 3 sofas of which 1 is a sofa bed, going forward we find the kitchen, the bathroom and on the left the 2 bedrooms, the first on the left is the double room with a large window, while the second has 2 single beds and the entrance to the terrace where it is possible to have breakfast or eat.
A well-inhabited building, very safe given that it is located in the center of Sanremo and a few steps from the main attractions.
The area is fantastic, we are a few steps from the Ariston Theater and the beaches, there is a supermarket under the house, a few hundred meters away we find paid parking, McDonald's, shops in Via Matteotti (via dell'Ariston and main street of Sanremo) 10 minute walk from the train station.
