About this property

Studio located on the first floor (no elevator) of the residence of the beach.

South-west oriented balcony, with unobstructed views of Trestel beach, where you can have your breakfast, and see the sunset over the Sept Iles archipelago.

Wonderful studio where you can enjoy the view of the ocean from your bed.

Apartment with 1 fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, etc...) open to the lounge, 1 bathroom with shower cubicle and massage jets, separate toilet. Local private parking, bicycle and garage (windsurf board garage...).
Here you will be able to practice water sports Surf, windsurf, long board, tennis, boules, etc...

You will be located between Perros-Guirec and Plougrescant
If you take the speedboats you can visit the Sept Iles, and their bird reserves, as well as the Brehat Island

You will find excellent restaurants, creperies, pizza places less than 150 m away.

escapade en mai

super séjour dans ce studio, très fonctionnel , très bien équipé, rien ne manque, et la vue mer du balcon est superbe. Mr et Mme LE PAPE sont très accueillants , merci pour le Far et la bouteille de cidre à l arrivée , on a très apprécié, on reviendra dans cette location avec plaisir.

Emplacement fabuleux

Le studio est très bien agencé, très propre, et on a reçu un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. C'est compact mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Il ne manquait rien. On a beaucoup apprécié la vue sur la plage de surf !! Pour ceux qui vont y rester en hiver, on conseille vivement d'apporter des vêtements chauds pour faire face aux nuits froides. On reviendrait volontiers en été !
