Lage gut, Wohnung abgewohnt

Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt, das Bad renovierungsbedürftig, die Badewanne muss zum Duschen benutzt werden da der Wasserboiler nicht ausreicht. Die Matratze liegt auf einem quietschenden Metallrahmen. USW. Reklamationen bleiben unbearbeitet. Der Preis ist für dieses Appartement viel zu hoch.
