Villa Šivana is located in the small settlement Crno in the city of Zadar. The location is excellent considering that the distance to Zadar Airport is only 2 km, and to the nearest beach 4 km. It is an ideal location for visiting the attractions of the Zadar area- numerous beautiful islands on the most indented part of the Adriatic coast, a large number of national parks and nature parks, the old city centre, nearby smaller towns such as Biograd na moru and Nin.

The villa was built in 2023, and in its 120 m² of living space, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay and vacation. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room. The bedrooms have separate air conditioners and televisions, and have a view of the outdoor pool. On the first floor there is a spacious, fully equipped living room and a modern kitchen with a dining room, where you will find everything what you need to prepare delicious meals. You can also enjoy two smaller terraces with sofas that have an exit from the kitchen and the living room. On the third roof terrace of 50 m², you can enjoy a barbecue with family and friends. The terrace also has a jacuzzi with deckchairs and a table with 6 chairs. The outdoor area for refreshment offers a pool of 25 m² surrounded by sun loungers, as well as a children's playground with a swing, a slide and a playhouse.
