Apartment in Desenzano del Garda, in the charming hamlet of Rivoltella inside elegant villa Villa Caterina.



The apartment is located on the ground floor and is distinguished by the level of its fine finishes and its central location, close to the town and beaches.

Internally it consists of a living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table, TV with access to German channels, open kitchen fully equipped with electric cooker, mini fridge, microwave, American coffee maker, moka coffee maker, toaster, juicer and electric kettle. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, closet, desk and TV. The second bedroom features a single bed and a pull-out bed. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The apartment is completed by a bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

Guests have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, laundry and a communal garden equipped with two washing machines, two barbecues and some tables.



There is a kids' area with a playground in the residential complex.



The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 15th of October. A swimming cap could be required.



The surrounding vegetation offers shelter from the hot summer days, with tables where guests can enjoy lunch and dinner in the open air.



Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property. A parking space with electric recharge is also available.



Self check-in is available to access the accommodation. Instructions on how to use this service will be sent a few days before your stay.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.

In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.
