The living space features a convertible sofa bed, a comfy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dedicated work desk with seamless connectivity with super-fast fibre-optic WiFi, ensuring uninterrupted internet access throughout the entire property and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. It also features two large windows that flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Conveniently, lifts are available to transport you effortlessly to the 6th floor, ensuring easy access and a hassle-free experience.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The nearest tram station, Salford Quays, is just a 3-minute walk.
Manchester Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
