Comfortable, quiet, great location

Fantastic by the standards of a London apartment, but with a few things that might be quirky or surprising for a vacation rental! The upstairs main space is open and light, pictures convey this well. A great place to spend time, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Downstairs bedrooms are dark and the closets have a few random things in them. Some marks on walls, a broken speaker dangling from the wall upstairs. Hot water was hit or miss -- showers ok, but not enough for a bath. As I gather is usual in London, no clothes dryer, just a rack. Works fine, just be prepared. Minimal decoration. Radiator heat -- warm and dry. Neighborhood and building was lovely, very quiet, a terrific location, walks not too strenuous to get everywhere we needed. Rec center with gym and pool around the block.
