The Space:
You enter the property on first floor, where you’ll find a separate downstairs entrance hall and loo; the second floor consists of the open plan living space, allowing for a seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. In the kitchen you have all the essentials for dining and cooking. Large windows throughout allow for plenty of natural light to fill the space, further enhancing the overall warmth and charm. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the top floor. Each room is carefully appointed with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and ample storage space, ensuring a peaceful and clutter-free environment. The master ensuite bedroom has a super king bed. The ensuite features the separate bath & shower and the shared second bathroom has a shower. Another large spare room can be made up as either a super king or into twin beds, and the smaller bedroom has a queen size bed.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to entire property that is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors (with access via the 1st floor).
The Neighborhood:
You will not be short of things to see and do if you stay in this lovely property situated on a very quite residential street. The home is only a 1 minute walk to the popular boutiques, restaurants and bars of King's Road. A stroll along the river to look at some of London's most beautiful bridges cannot be missed.
For those interested in the arts, you will find the Royal Court Theatre, Cadogan Hall and the Saatchi Gallery. The Royal Hospital, home to the Chelsea Pensioners and the venue for the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show, is just moments away and highly recommended.
If you're there on a Saturday, why not try Duke of York Square's Fine Food market, curated by Partridges and showcasing an array of artisan and locally produced food.
Getting Around:
Sloane Square underground station (District and Circle line) is just over 5 minutes away and Victoria underground and mainline station is just one stop away. The home is also easily accessible via numerous London bus routes.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
