Excellent private villa with spectacular views.
The Villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the hills above Moraira. The view from the terrace is spectacular with panoramic views from Teulada round to Benitachell with Javea in the distance. The interior is traditional but very spacious (could easily fit a family, or 6 adults) in the 3 large bedrooms. There is a relaxed vibe to the villa. The main selling point is the outside space: great BBQ area, various dining spaces, plenty of sun loungers, parasols and a large pool, regularly maintained by a pool man. There are also plenty of shaded areas, in the garden, around the terrace, looked after by a gardener. Whilst there is no A/C, fans are provided in the bedrooms and there is a good air flow throughout the villa. The Agents were very attentive and accommodating to ensure our stay went smoothly. We would recommend a car as the villa is 5-10 minutes from Moraira / Teulada, however, taxis are widely available and cost around 10 Euros for a journey. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it. Leo and family
Fantastic terrace with lovely views.
We really enjoyed our two weeks at this great villa. We loved having all our meals on the terrace and relaxing with superb views across the beautiful valley to the mountains and sea in the distance. It is very peaceful and private. The rooms are large and well furnished, but not modern, a little dated, but we felt that added to it's charm. The beds were very comfortable. It was fully equipped and the WiFi worked well. Sven was very helpful, from the time I called to see if it was available at short notice, to meeting us, checking everything was ok and also getting an electrician within an hour when there was a small problem. The location is good with a 12 minute drive to Moraira on the coast, or 10 minutes inland to the motorway, enabling many lovely places in the area to be visited easily.

Moraira - Costa Blanca - Spain Overview of Moraira
The small coastal town Moraira on the Costa Blanca is part of the municipality of Teulada and is known for its tranquility and its beautiful and traditional fishing port, but also for the great marina. At the end of the 18th century, when Teulada, which is located further inland, was still a farming village, its crops were exported by natural harbors.
As time passed, people began to settle down next to their place of work and began to devote themselves more and more to fishing. This was the beginning of the town that today is known as Moraira. With an average temperature of 18ºC and an average of 320 sunny days a year, Moraira is a perfect destination for the whole year.
Beaches of Moraira
Along the coast of Moraira you will find beautiful beaches with fine sand and crystal clear sea water, such as L'Ampolla, Les Platgetes (half sand, half rock) or Playa del Portet. Moraira places of interest

This is so because the wall facing south has a semicircular shape and the one facing north is straight.
Or visit the parish "Mare Déu dels Desemparats". This church was built between 1875 and 1878 and is located in the center of Moraira. The church has a rectangular shape and inside it is quite simple, apart from the picture of the Virgen de los Desemparados and two beautiful mosaics.
The Cap d'Or Surveillance Tower is located at the highest point of the Cap d'Or at the edge of the cliff. The tower is solid and has no entrance door, to hang up a ladder made of ropes from above. Everything to defend Moraira against the Barbary pirates.
