About this property

Quiet house for work trips, family and travelers who love nature and local cuisine.
Space
The house is located in a residential area of Tegueste. Fenced around its outer perimeter. Independent access and autonomous arrival (key box via PIN), located at the entrance door. Free parking outside.
The Outdoor Zone consists of a Garden of about 300 square meters where you can enjoy food and work remotely, outdoors. A paddle tennis court and a porch.

The Interior Zone has two double rooms with a private bathroom each. A spacious kitchen, renovated and equipped for a long stay and connectivity in an ergonomic, quiet space with natural lighting. A leisure room with TV, games and reading books.

The accommodation (everything seen in the photos) is for the exclusive use of guests.
The house consists of an upper floor and a ground floor. My family and I live on the top floor, independent of the accommodation (ground floor).

In the accommodation there is a Bodega-Lagar where wine was made years ago. Now, it is a space where you can savor both the wines from the local wineries and other gastronomic products of the area (upon request of the guest).
The Paddle Court is a free service for guests.
Other aspects to highlight
Tegueste is one of the municipalities that includes the Macizo de Anaga Biosphere Reserve. The accommodation is close to both hiking trails and the cultural and traditional heritage of Anaga. Access is done in 30 minutes.
The accommodation is 8 km from San Cristóbal de la Laguna (World Heritage City), 23 km from Santa Cruz de Tenerife and 4 km from Bajamar and Punta Hidalgo, the closest tourist towns.

Maison parfaite pour randonner et profiter du bord de mer

Excellentes randonnées dans la Anaga et de bons moments dans la piscine naturelle et la plage . Maison très propre et les attentions de Rosa nous ont comblés …je recommande cette adresse !
