Bright renovated spacious flat + private balcony

Get comfortable in our spacious living room after a day of sightseeing and enjoy the view from our balcony, sit on the patio furniture, and enjoy a cuppa looking at the skyline. Dulwich is a neighbourhood known for its galleries and village-like atmosphere. It also boasts an idyllic park, a golf course, and a high street with picturesque shops and pubs. Although the flat is not in super Central London it has very easy access to it!

Modern kitchen fitted with all necessary appliances. We recently renewed the furniture throughout the flat! Double bed and a large wardrobe in the bedroom allow for a comfortable stay and plenty of clothes storage. There's a private balcony with patio furniture.
TV is a smart TV and has basic Virgin TV package which is similar to freeview.
The flat hosts 2 guests maximum. A sofa-bed is available subject to a small extra charge for the additional linen required, but we don't host more than 2 people.
You'll have the whole flat to yourself.
Great access to central London
West Dulwich Station is a 15 min walk, or 5 minutes on No. 3 bus, providing rail access to London Victoria (13 mins), London Blackfriars (18 mins) and
St Pancras International (50 mins) for the Eurostar
Route No. 3 Bus to Whitehall/Horse Guards departing from Stop WN Church Approach stopping at West Dulwich Station (5 mins. Stop: Croxted Road/Thurlow Park Road) and Brixton Underground/Tube station (20 mins) for the Victoria Line
Taking the number 3 bus in the opposite direction, will quickly take you to Crystal Palace
Must climb stairs: there are 4 flights of stairs: 9, 6, 7, 7 steps each. We do not have a lift/elevator.
