Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy

No communication from host, no help from customer service

The host ceased contact three days before the booking and did not provide check in information. I called customer services several times for assistance, but they provided no help. I was stranded in an unfamiliar city with four young children and had to make alternative arrangements for a safe place to stay. I am now awaiting a refund.
