The space
Set in a leafy suburb of Horsforth, our small but stylish fully equipped one bedroom apartment has everything a couple or individual would require during their stay.

We are on the ground floor of the building making for easy access. There are a set of steps to reach front door from the most appropriate parking spot.

As you enter the property, the bathroom with large bath and shower is on your left.
Straight ahead is the ultra-comfortable master bedroom with King size bed.

Down the hall to the right you will find a living room, stylishly decorated like the rest of this cool space. Large screen smart TV and views of the gardens.

Finally our fully equipped and separate kitchen. A neat space perfect for enjoying cooking and eating your meals.
The apartment includes free on street parking for ample cars.

Guests can access entire property.

Other things to note
Free parking on Newlaithes Road, take the steps labelled 3-19 Newlaithes Road. The flat is on ground floor so no steps to climb inside the building.

Do not leave dirty dishes, cutlery or rubbish behind when vacating our home. Any extra cleaning required will be charged at £30 per hour plus the cost of any damages.
