The villa offers six bedrooms (12 sleeps), each with its own private bathroom. All the rooms have air condition, Wifi and TV as well as large storage cupboards. There is an American style kitchen and a summer kitchen to stay close to the pool.
Blue Hill greets you with a stunning 180° view of Canoubiers Bay, Cap Camarat and the Roche Rouge de l'Esterel.
The villa is surrounded by a magnificent landscaped garden of 2700m2, a private swimming pool heated in spring and autumn, a plancha corner and pizza oven and also a bowling green.

In addition, the villa is located in a secured domain while the property itself is also fully fenced and gated. Up to 6 vehicles can be parked safely.
The estate also has 3 tennis courts, a beautiful heated swimming pool, a playground for children, a bowling green and a restaurant offering tapas, great music and a beautiful view, all at moderate prices.
A private beach is reserved for co-owners. Access offers you two sunbeds, a parasol, and a small restaurant with theme evenings during July and August.
