The Space:
Rochester Apartment has a modern, bright open plan living and dining area. Featuring a soft blue velvet sofa and a flat screen TV, this space is ideal for cosying up with your loved one after a day exploring the area. There is a fold out dining table and two chairs tucked away at the far end of the space.
Fully equipped for self-catering staycations, the kitchen has modern appliances and cookware so you can enjoy home cooked meals throughout your break.
Head to the bedroom and you’ll find a luxurious double bed with premium bed linens to ensure you have a great night’s sleep. A desk area means you can keep up to date with any business matters during your stay. With a large wardrobe and bedside tables, there is plenty of space for your belongings.
The bathroom features a round walk in shower, WC and basin.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to Rochester Apartment are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis. No permit is required.

Travelling around Rochester itself is simple as you’ll find a number of bus routes operating throughout the town.
