Terms & Conditions:

Security deposit?
€400 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Energy costs included?
Electricity/aircon above 150 kw/h per week to be paid for locally

Linen & towels included?
€15pp sheets/towels to be paid

End of stay cleaning included?
Extra €150, paid locally. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Internet access?
Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.

Minimum stay?
7 nights – but if there are empty days in between the house can also be booked for lesser periods.

Flexible

Not permitted

Pets welcome?
On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50per pet per day will apply (paid locally).

Insurance?
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

Please note that on occasions, in Greece, extremes in weather can cause water and/ or electric supply to be cut or reduced. Services are normally restored as soon as possible.
