Outside, the property features a lovely private veranda where guests can relax in the open air. The covered patio includes a dining table, ideal for enjoying a good breakfast in the morning or dinner with friends. In addition, it extends along to a completely open-air area, where there is a small relaxation corner.

The house is located in a quiet area of Palau and about a 10-minute walk from the harbour, from where guests can depart for numerous trips and excursions to the La Maddalena Archipelago.

Inside, the property is finely furnished in a modern style, enriched with details that recall the sea and the coast. The entrance consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, as well as all the utensils you will need during your stay.

The sleeping area is divided into three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin with bunk beds. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom complete with a large shower. Inside the second, more spacious bathroom, there is a washing machine at the complete disposal of guests.

Palau in Sardinia is the perfect destination for families and groups of friends, best known for its proximity to the La Maddalena Archipelago. Strategically located, Palau is a popular choice among travellers looking for breathtaking seascapes, different leisure activities and a welcoming atmosphere. The village centre, with its squares and cobbled streets, offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants serving local cuisine and shops.

One of Palau's special features is undoubtedly its favourable location: situated just north of the Costa Smeralda and a short distance from Santa Teresa di Gallura (where it is possible to sail to Corsica). From here, it is easy to reach many stunnign beaches such as the little coves of the Faraglioni beach; or the Porto Pollo beach, whose crystal-clear, well-winded sea attracts surfing and windsurfing enthusiasts. Also, after a short ferry crossing, landing on the La Maddalena Archipelago with its paradisiacal, unspoilt beaches.

In addition to seaside activities, an alternative way to discover Palau and its surroundings is by bicycle or on foot. For instance, it is impossible to miss the spectacle of the suggestive rock of Capo d'Orso.
