Charming loft apartment with balcony, located in the Crocetta area, a very popular neighborhood in the city of Turin and a 5-minute walk from the Mauriziano hospital.

The house is on the second floor of a building without elevator; it is very bright and consists of an eat-in kitchen equipped with oven, kettle, coffee maker and dining table; living area furnished with sofa bed, television, desk and a loft space where a queen-size bed is placed.
A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
