The living room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

Step outside and relax on the terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining.

The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom contains a comfortable king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Preston Park offers beautiful green spaces and recreational facilities for those seeking outdoor activities. Victoria Gardens provides a tranquil escape in the city's heart, perfect for a stroll or a picnic. For a touch of excitement, Rendezvous Casino offers thrilling gaming experiences and live entertainment. With its lively atmosphere and rich cultural offerings, Brighton is a destination with something for everyone. The city is well-connected, with convenient access to nearby stations, ensuring easy exploration of the surrounding area.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Brighton, is just a 20-minute walk.

London Gatwick Airport is a 42-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
