Welcome to this fantastic house on Yxlan in Norrtälje, Stockholm's beautiful archipelago! Here you live very comfortably in a pleasant house, with a large garden and a stone's throw from the sea with a magical swimming area! Perfect accommodation for families with large social areas inside and out and a garden that invites you to play. Proximity to soccer field, beautiful nature and much more! Let the holidays begin! Here you live in a very nice house with generous company on two levels both inside and out. Large open kitchen with dining area next to the cozy wood-burning stove and large windows that provide lovely light. Exit to the veranda where you can enjoy a good dinner with loved ones looking out over the garden. On the entrance floor there are also two comfortable bedrooms with a bunk bed and pull-out single bed in each room. Spacious bathroom with shower, wc and washing machine. Upstairs you reach the relaxing family room with a large sofa and TV. Peaceful bedroom with double bed. Large balcony with a lovely view, perfect for some peace and quiet, with the birds singing in the background. The house is in a large garden perfect for running and playing, various seating areas and play equipment for the children such as swings and a trampoline. Good to know! The owners offer the electricity during the warm months of June through September. In a short walk you reach the sea and a beautiful swimming area with jetty and barbecue area. A soothing place for the soul! Yxlan is an island located between Furusund and Blidö. Blidö is well worth a visit during your stay with its beautiful archipelago nature and fine hiking trails. Don't miss a visit to Gamla Norrtälje to stroll through the alleys and along the canal. Roslagen is rich in several cultural destinations, nature reserves, farm shops and much more. There is something for young and old and all interests. Welcome to a paradise in Roslagen!
