PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

We offer this unusual semi detached 2 bedroom villa with private heated pool and large sun terrace with sea and mountain views. This villa is situated on 2 levels.

One the ground level is the American style kitchen includes washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board. The comfortable lounge/diner has sofa seating 4 guests and dining table and chairs that seats 4. This room also has satellite TV which offers all UK channels including Sky movies, Sports, children TV, 6 live premiership football channels, over 2000 films, box sets & catch up and DVD player. There is also a ceiling fan and patio doors that lead on to the large sun terrace. On this level is a small WC. The upper level consists of two bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, large wardrobes, TV with DVD player, ceiling fans plus patio doors that lead to a private balcony with table and chairs for two and amazing views of the sea and mountains. Bedroom two has twin beds, wardrobes and ceiling fan. The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and WC.

The 5th person will sleep on a fold away bed. Includes fibre optic wifi.

The exterior of the villa offer private heated pool with a ladder entry and is surrounded by a large terrace with 4 sunbeds with mattresses and a table and chairs for 6 guests. There is also an outside shower and BBQ for your enjoyment. There are splendid views of mountains and the sea from the terrace. This villa also has private parking. This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.
