The property is made up of the main villa (12 bedrooms), which is completely independent and separate from the 3 annexes of apartments: Annex A (6 apartments), Annex B (5 apartments), and Il Mulino (4 apartments, one of which is occupied by the caretakers) about 200 meters from the pool. Upon request, 10 additional bedrooms in the villa are available (they are kept closed when not in use).

IMPORTANT Villa Campoleone is rentable in 3 different versions: for 16, 20 or for 24 guests. The rental price changes according to the number of guests and in case of rentals for reduced capacity (less tan 26 guests) some bedrooms will be closed.
