The Space:
GROUND FLOOR ACCOMMODATION
On the ground floor guests can enjoy the elegant sitting room with grand piano, period fireplace and panelling. The dining/function room can be used for formal dining and entertaining, whilst guests can amuse themselves in the games room complete with table football, tablet tennis and snooker. Additionally there is a breakfast room with original brick fireplace, bar and fully equipped kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR ACCOMMODATION
The first floor boasts 6 bedrooms all with private bathrooms and garden views, sleeping up to 14 guests. There are four king size rooms and one twin room. A further family bedroom accommodating four guests is accessed via a separate staircase. All bedrooms have widescreen TV, wifi, iron and ironing board, bathrobes, slippers and luxury toiletries.

The quintessentially English gardens are filled with an abundance of specimens giving interest and colour throughout the year, bordered with immaculate topiary and mature trees.
Terraces accommodate tables chairs and sun loungers for relaxing in this peaceful environment.
There are garden games and a brick-built barbeque for guests to enjoy.
The sweeping drive provides ample parking space.
The Neighborhood:
Located minutes from the Humber Bridge giving easy access to the delights of both Lincolnshire and Yorkshire. The historic cities of Lincoln and York are one hour away. The coast is close by and idyllic countryside is on the doorstep.
