The studio has recently been completely renovated and offers a bright studio room with a sofa bed for two people. It also has
a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
It is located on the fourth floor of a building with direct access to a beautiful and quiet sandy beach (Playa de La Lajilla), next to the promenade and close to all amenities, transport, restaurants and any service you may need.
Our flat - studio, is without a doubt, a great place to spend a few days of holidays and enjoy the beaches and the good weather that Gran Canaria offers you.
