The accommodation is equipped with: lift, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, 1 TV/satellite and DVD.

The development is a tranquil but never ghostly resort with a supermarket, clubhouse, restaurant / bar open all year round.

The beaches of the Mar Menor are within a 15 minute drive away, the new CORVERA (Murcia International Airport, opened 15.01.2019) Airport is a 20 minute drive and Alicante Airport is a 45 minute drive. The capital of the region, Murcia and Cartagena the second largest city with it's fabulous port and Roman ruins are also a 20 minute drive. Both cities host a myriad of shops, bars, restaurants and shopping malls.
