The apartment, located on the first floor reachable by elevator and climbing steps, opens onto the living room that features a dining table, a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV and an open kitchen equipped and complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave and espresso machine. From here, guests will access the large terrace equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying moments in the open air. The sleeping area consists of a gracious bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and finished in every detail, and a bedroom equipped with a single bed. A bathroom with shower and a toilet complete the layout.
