Lovely apartment with frescoes inside an elegant building between Piazza Castelnuovo and Via Dante.

The apartment, located on the first floor that can be reached by elevator and by climbing steps, has been renovated and original elements such as the cement tiles, frescoes on the ceilings and doors have been restored and maintained. The entrance opens onto the large, bright living room that features two comfortable sofas and a TV. The modern kitchen is independent and is equipped with a large dining table and everything needed for cooking including an oven, microwave, kettle and espresso machine. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. The sleeping area is on the upper floor reached by a staircase, and consists of one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one with a single bed. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Guests will have free wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a heat pump for colder days, and a washer and dryer.
