About this property
Newly renovated nearby beach
Our summer house is located right in the heart of Stillinge Strand. Within 100 meters we have a grocery store, three restaurants, an ice-cream bar and a playground. You can reach the area's best beach on foot in two minutes.
We bought the house in 2023 as newly renovated, but it has been important for us to add lots of personality, coziness, style and charm. The house is thus a little atypical compared to most rental houses.
When you enter the spacious entrance, you will find a bedroom with 2 single beds and a door to the rest of the house. When you move into the house's new kitchen, you quickly discover that the cupboards are well stocked with crockery, machines but also salt, sugar, oil, spices etc. We therefore do not think that you will be missing anything, and we hope that everyone will contribute to the fact that it will also be nice when the next one arrives.
6-8 people eat effortlessly at the large dining table, and from here you go down a step into the spacious living room, which impresses with three different seating areas. There are games, darts, wood-burning stove.
From the living room you move into a hallway with lots of wardrobe space - from here you can get to the bedroom with a double bed and the house's beautiful bathroom.
In addition, the house has a VERY nice and well-functioning annex with a large double bed and 150 cm bunk bed - perfect for families with children.
The outdoor area is dominated by a large courtyard with sun most of the day, a Weber grill and shelter from both prying eyes and the wind. In addition, there is a nice lawn with space for sunbathing, games and play.
We hope you like a house a little out of the ordinary and that you will help take good care of it.
Due to differences in the levels the house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or wheelchair users.
The beach is child-friendly and has a sandy bottom, and you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the west-facing coast. There are toilets at the beach, beach volleyball and barbecue areas.
