DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE
The house offers plenty of space available for maximum comfort (70/80m2) and there are various custom-made compartments to accommodate all your personal effects. It is entirely available to guests, and can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the double sofa bed and a maximum of 2 animals.

➤ 𝓞𝓾𝓽𝓭𝓸𝓸𝓻 𝓪𝓻𝓮𝓪/𝓖𝓪𝓻𝓭𝓮𝓷: there is exclusive and free parking for residents right in front of the house.
Through a small gate you enter the flower garden for exclusive use with a table where you can smoke, enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

➤ 𝓔𝓷𝓽𝓻𝓪𝓷𝓬𝓮/𝓢𝓽𝓪𝓲𝓻𝓬𝓪𝓼𝓮: entering through the door we find an ancient staircase redesigned in fantasy style (there are safety hand slides to help people in difficulty).

➤ 𝓛𝓲𝓿𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓻𝓸𝓸𝓶: going up the stairs you find yourself in a very large living room furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, one of which can be opened for 2 guests (Queen Size 160x190, with orthopedic mattress of the highest quality and comfort), an internal divider, blackout curtains, a 42-inch SmartTV with free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, and an 80W Hi-Fi sound system with subwoofer to enjoy films and TV series with family and friends. There is no shortage of card games and various pastimes.

BUS TO AND FROM TERNI
✿ For those who reach us by train: once you get off at Terni station, go to the bus station located right next door.
✿ The line that connects Terni Station to the Enchanted House (and vice versa) is the Busitalia line E621 and line 7 (with both you have to get off at the "Cascata delle Marmore - Biglietteria" stop).
Both are available at various times of the day (for example the E621 is available every 40/50 minutes from Terni) but for greater clarity, I recommend you search online for "E621 Cascata delle Marmore line", and see the timetables yourself on the site Moovit, or to find out directly which buses are about to arrive, use G.Maps indicating "Collestatte Piano Ticket Office" as the direction and follow its advice via the bus button.

BY CAR
We recommend using your phone's navigator for ease and accuracy. In any case, for those arriving from outside Terni, to get to La Casa Incantata, you need to take the Terni Est exit and follow the signs for Valnerina/Cascata delle Marmore.

➤ The Enchanted House is committed to respecting the environment, replacing the use of air conditioners with large ceiling fans in all rooms.
➤ The house is located in a tourist place, lively and crossed by cars, therefore guests who, especially during the day, want a deep rest at home, may have some small inconveniences: we provide earplugs.
➤ There is a paper version manual, digital and interactive, to provide guests with tourist advice, where to eat, nearby attractions, how to use the various appliances in the house, and much more.
➤ The house is equipped with mosquito nets in the most used rooms of the house.
➤ There are smoke, gas and carbon monoxide sensors, all with alarms, therefore smoking is permitted ONLY in the garden.
➤ The house enjoys a breathtaking view of the Valnerina mountains, the Marmore Falls, and the parks adjacent to the house. It also enjoys great lighting as it faces south and has large windows.
➤ Stable fiber optic Internet is provided (30Mb Download, 6Mb Upload).
➤ There is an emergency kit for any eventuality.
➤ The double beds (2) cannot be converted into single beds.
➤ Towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets, duvet are provided.
