Come stay in this charming one bedroom/one bath apartment located in beautiful Saratoga Springs, New York. Excellent location, within walking distance to the Saratoga Race Track (~2 blocks), Broadway/downtown, Congress Park, etc. (all less than 1 mile away). This apartment is on a quiet street, yet still close to all the excitement that historic Saratoga has to offer in the summertime including walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

The apartment is fully furnished and features one bedroom with a Full-size bed, full bathroom, living room with Smart TV, a separate formal dining room, high speed Wi-Fi, multiple air conditioning units, full kitchen with amenities including a Keurig coffee maker, and separate private entrance with porch & furniture to relax on. All linens, dishware, and cookware are included. small porch with small table and chairs. All linens, dishware, and cookware are included. Additional amenities include free laundry (shared washer and dryer) located in the common basement area of the house and one free off-street parking space (as long as it's not an oversized vehicle).

Perfect location

Great place, great location. We were able to ride our bikes easily to SPAC and downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

This is an apartment that has all one needs. Best of all is the location. It is in walking distance to many sites. We enjoyed walking to the racetrack, Broadway and Congress Park where we took in Shakespeare in the Park.

Perfect location, comfortable and clean.

We had such a great time exploring Saratoga Springs for the first time, especially since we had such a nice place to stay! It was a perfect location for all we did, most activities and restaurants easily walkable. It was unseasonably hot while there and we were pleasantly surprised when the air conditioning unit in the bedroom was able to keep the whole place cool with the use of the overhead fans. Katie is very responsive and working with her was great! We would definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks again, Katie!!

Fantastic apartment, can't beat the location!

Katie's property is exactly as pictured. The apartment is immaculate and has anything you'd need for your stay. Neighborhood is quiet, and the walk to the track, or downtown is very short. There is a deli about two blocks up which is also very convenient. There is alternate side parking but it isn't a problem as there are tons of spaces to move directly across the street. I loved my stay and just wish I could have stayed longer! Thanks Katie!

Close to downtown and the track

Very clean and within walking distance of both downtown and the racetrack (about a half mile either direction). Katie responded quickly when we were making the reservations. Overall,very good experience and I would strongly recommend this property for rental.

Perfect Location.

Apartment is in the most perfect location. Can walk downtown or to track. Located in a beautiful old house but the interior is modern , updated with new furnishings, décor is very nice and comfortable. The rooms are much bigger than you expect, the kitchen has everything you need and it all appears brand new, the bed was comfy as was the bedding. Bathroom was large and the water pressure was fabulous, Sitting on the front porch looking at all the beautiful homes on the tree lined street with coffee in the morning was the best. Owner was very pleasant and helpful.. This was our 3rd trip to Saratoga but first time not in a hotel. We will definitely be back, no more hotels for us! Sharon and Wayne- Exton PA
