PLAYA DE LAS CANTERAS is considered one of the best urban beaches in the world. Oriented towards the North East, the beach offers its swimmers with the most beautiful beaches possible. It is more than 3 km wide. While one part of the beach is ideal for activities such as SURF and PADDLE SURF, the other is perfect for NADAR, BUCEAR and STAND UP PADDLE, as it is protected by an emblematic volcanic injury (“La Barra”) in a part of thousand of the coast. It is the perfect installation for bucear, it can be on the seabed and it is a protected area. You can enjoy swimming in its delicate ecosystem where the water temperature drops to 19ºC in winter.
