The house is located in a recently built condominium, on the second floor with lift, in one of the most characteristic areas of Otranto, the tourist port and the south entrance of the Aragonese Castle, with the staircase leading to the heart of the historic center of the city, among restaurants, typical bars and local craft shops.
Casa Helena has a comfortable living room with table and chairs and a relaxation area with a 32-inch Tv. The room opens onto the balcony where you can enjoy a good glass of wine overlooking with a magnificent view of the port.
The comfortable kitchen has the necessary dishes for cooking, as well as a fridge and hob. On the rear balcony there is a washing machine and clothesline.
