Villa Lanzarote is a fantastic 4-bedroom villa, located in central Albufeira, just 450m from the beach. With a private heatable swimming pool and a variety of restaurants, shops and bars within close walking distance, villa Lanzarote is the perfect location from which to enjoy a well-deserved vacation with family and friends.

On the first floor of the property are 3 bedrooms: 2 twin bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and 1 double bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom.

The remaining bedroom can be found on the ground floor, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. An additional guest W.C. is also available on the ground floor.

The bright living / dining room invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book or TV show, or enjoy a family meal on the dining set with a view of the outdoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and equipment required for preparing meals, and an adjacent laundry room is available with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, and direct access to the outdoor area.

Outside, the property has a lovely garden and private swimming pool (pool heating available as an optional extra), with sun loungers on which you can bask in the warm Algarve sun, as well as a BBQ and outdoor dining area to enjoy summer meals.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
