Kelvinside is a traditional 3 bedroom house located in the pretty fishing village of Seahouses. Kelvinside can sleep up to six people and is equipped as a family home. The house has full central heating, Sky HD TV system and internet access. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The sheltered large south west facing garden gets sun all day weather permitting and has a terrace with outdoor furniture. The garden is fully enclosed and is suitable for small children and dogs.

The house is fully equipped with everything you will need for a perfect holiday.

The kitchen is fully fitted including range cooker with 5 induction hobs and 3 ovens, microwave, integrated dishwasher and American style fridge freezer.

The dining room has a large table that can seat up to 6 people.

The sitting room has 1 sofa and 3 arm chairs, seating 6 people in total. There is a 40" HD TV with SkyQ system that includes movies and sports channels. The sitting room overlooks the back garden.

There is a downstairs cloakroom and laundry room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs there is one double bedroom with 1 built in wardrobe, one twin bedroom with 1 built in wardrobe and one bedroom with bunk beds.

The bathroom has a large walk in monsoon shower.

At the front of the house there is off street parking for 2 cars.

Shops, restaurants and pubs in Seahouses are a 5 minute walk, as is Seahouses Golf Club and the beautiful south beach.
