Great property and location...difficult check-in process

Beautiful condo with a great view. Lovely amenities and friendly on-site staff. Great restaurants nearby with easy access to taxis. The only difficult part of the experience was the check-in process. The on-site security was expecting us, but somehow getting us the access code to the door slipped through the cracks. The on-site security staff is not fluent in English, so it was a bit of a challenge communicating and getting assistance. They were able to contact someone and obtain the door code for us, but it took more than an hour to sort out. I truly hope our check-in challenges were an anomaly for this property. Other than the one issue, it is an exceptional condo, and the stay was worth every penny. I do look forward to staying there again.

Luxurious condo

We were thrilled with this condo, everything was pristine, clean and organized. The view is lovely: we spent most of our time on the patio. Condo grounds and pool are very well kept and secure. Highly recommend this property!

Great location, modern unit, wonderful hospitality

The pictures show exactly how the unit is: very modern, clean and spacious. The owners were extremely nice and helpful. There were a couple of hiccups but they addressed them quickly. The beds were pretty stiff and uncomfortable, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Safe with security 24 hours, clean building & grounds, beautiful pool, view & sound of the ocean.

Our experience was outstanding! The condo is perfect for a family of 4. The rooms are large and beautiful and simply decorated. WiFi in the condo allowed us to listen to music with the provided Bose bluetooth speaker. The kitchen has everything you need, including purified water for drinking, no need to worry about the water. Also excellent water pressure for showers. The floor to ceiling glass along the front of the condo provides views that are gorgeous plus access to a large covered porch. Waking up to the ocean was amazing and watching the sunsets too. The property owners were more than accommodating, absolutely wonderful people and extremely helpful. The location of the property is across from the large cruise ship docks providing lots of action and people watching. Many wonderful restaurants, dive shops, flee market and general shopping within walking distance. Grocery and supply shopping a quick taxi ride away. Condo also provides parking for a rental vehicle, we rented a jeep for $68 per day from a place close to the condo. Our main reason for travel was scuba diving, we completed 10 dives in 5 days and still had plenty of time to relax and enjoy the island. The condo also has a large wash tub in the laundry room to rinse dive gear or there's a rinse tub near the pool for dive gear as well. Housekeeping was provided midweek to freshen everything up was very nice. Departure day was completed by enjoying the beautiful weather and the pool while waiting to depart to the airport. We took a taxi from and to the airport, very easy.

Just Perfect

We spent 5 nights in this wonderful condo between Christmas and New Year 2017 It was a last minute decision to go and we were so fortunate that the Owners had placed it on VRBO. We went mainly to dive and relax, and the location is superb for that. It is on the Southern end of San Miguel, across from the Cruise Ship Terminals. The view is breathtaking (as advertised) and the floor to ceiling glass walls and glass balcony do it justice. The unit feels brand new, the furnishing are very tasteful and the full kitchen is nicely stocked. The owners live in another unit in the complex during the winter and they were very helpful to us. Special people... We dove with Roberta's Scuba Shack, which is literally across the street and down several hundred meters. It was very easy and the diving was spectacular. A GREAT unit and vacation.
