Sleeping
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a shower en suite, offering both comfort and convenience. Guests will be able to wake up to breathtaking views of the village, dunes, and the sparkling sea. There is also a twin bedroom, perfect for children or additional guests. The large second bedroom also features an en suite shower and offers stunning views of the sea, village, and dunes.

Living/Dining/Cooking
On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious and breezy dual aspect sitting room. The gorgeous kitchen/dining room is equipped with modern appliances and has french doors that open up to a paved patio, allowing guests to enjoy al fresco dining. You'll alos find some additional comfy sofas which will allow you to relax in the bright and open area.

One of the highlights of this property is the underfloor heating throughout, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay all year round. There is also a convenient downstairs cloakroom and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests will have access to the garage, which provides ample storage space for surfboards, kayaks, and bikes.

Bathing
Upstairs, you'll find a spacious family bathroom equipped with a separate bath and shower. Downstairs there is an additional shower situated in the garage which can be used for washing off after a long day at the beach and an outside tap for washing of your wetsuits.

Both king rooms offer en-suites with stand-alone showers.

Outside, a lovely lawned garden at the rear of the house provides a peaceful escape, while there is ample parking available for 3 or 4 cars out the front. The property is ideally located, just a 15-minute walk to the beautiful beach and only 10 minutes away from the village amenities.

1 well behaved dog is welcomed at this property. (charged at £35 per dog, per week/short stay) Dogs must not be allowed on any furniture or in bedrooms. Dogs must also not be left unaccompanied at the property.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.

There is a refundable security deposit of £200 payable with the final balance (not applicable to Airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.

It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.
