Ideal for corporate and family stays this charming Victorian house in Brighton, nestled on a unique residential road, boasts period features. Just minutes from the seafront and Kemptown's local shops, it offers convenience for citywide activities.

Kemptown is located between the pier and the marina and is home to a range a beautiful regency and Victorian properties. Often referred to as ‘The Village’ by locals because if its community feel and village charm. With independent shops cafes and bars Kemptown offers you everything you need. People often comment that it has the dual benefit of being very close to the bustling heart of the City, while retaining a more relaxed community feel. With a vast array of independent restaurants bars and shops, in Brighton there is always something to discover just around the corner. 

Brighton is known for many landmarks including the Royal Pavilion, the Palace Pier, stunning views of the derelict west pier and the i360. Other things to discover include the Volk’s electric railway and look out for the stunning Starling murmuration around the pier near sunset. Brighton and Hove are not short of nature either being surrounded by the South Downs Nation Park that end in sheer white chalk cliffs to the miles on beach and promenade. We also have a number of beautiful parks including East Brighton park, Hove park and Stammer Park. The city plays host to a number of events thought the year including live music festivals, conventions at the Brighton Centre and concerts in venues across town including the legendary Concord 2 and Brighton Dome. Brighton is very much a walking city with frequent and easy busses around town too. So much so there are heaps of walking tours to go on from street food to haunted ghost walks. 
If you want to get about under your own steam why not try hiring a bike at the side of the street and get out on the miles of cycle paths across the city. Travel a little further afield outside the city and discover national trust properties, steam railways and breath-taking British gardens. If you like wine what not discover English wine estates on a wine tour? And, of course, London is just an hour on the train.
