Incredible apartment with two terraces and two-bedroom apartment with sea views (Llevant Beach). Located in the best residential area of Salou, it has all the comforts to stay throughout the year: air conditioning in all rooms, heating, 50" Smart TV, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, seasonal pool and garage space. Bed linen and towels included. Capacity for 4 people, ideal for couples, families and groups of friends: a double room with two beds and another room with a bunk bed for two people. We have an extra bed and baby crib at the request of our guests. 50 meters from the best beach in Salou, with fine sand and all public services (lifeguard, hammocks, beach bars, sports area, etc.). Surrounded by all types of shops and restaurants, it stands out for its proximity to Port Aventura just 5 minutes by car. Due to its unbeatable location, it allows you to relax as it is far from the nightlife area of Salou and the busiest areas.
We do not provide hotel services, therefore, we cannot offer cleaning or laundry services. The apartment has all the basic utensils for cleaning, as well as a washing machine, dryer, clothesline and iron. The apartment provides you with a kit of tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine to facilitate use.
The apartment is located in the Novelty complex, which has a communal pool with lifeguard and solarium area. We have two parking spaces available to our clients in the private parking lot of the same building for cars and motorcycles. The maximum permitted height of the parking entrance is 1.9 meters.
Thanks to its excellent location, you can walk to all the beaches of Salou and the historic center of the town, as well as the entire shopping and nightlife area.
The apartment is located in a particularly quiet area, given the nature of the town and taking into account the tourist volume in summer.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
The apartment is preferably intended for family tourism. No parties of any kind are allowed.
Wifi: our apartment has free wireless broadband internet service.
Private parking: the two spaces we have available are on the underground floor of the garage of the Novelty complex, with an access ramp through Berlin Street.
Community pool: it has several areas for adults and others for children.
Solarium: you can sunbathe using our beach chairs or rent sun loungers owned by the Novelty complex for 1 Euro per day.
Sun lounger rental: you must go to reception to pay for sun lounger rental. With the ticket, the lifeguard will give you your sun lounger.
Access for the disabled: it has access ramps and handrails in the common facilities, except in the parking lot. The apartment is not adapted for disabled people.
24-hour concierge: where you can receive information about the community facilities (pool schedules, community Wi-Fi network keys, etc.) or handover of keys, in case we cannot assist you personally at the agreed time. To assist you with any questions about our accommodation, question or problem, you should contact us.
24-hour surveillance: the complex has surveillance service personnel and security cameras in all buildings and parking lots. Access to the interior of the buildings is with an electronic key.
Pedestrian zone. Very close to all services. Bus station 5 minutes away. Train station: Port Aventura stop (5min by car, 25min on foot). Taxi rank 400 meters away. The Camp de Tarragona AVE station located 17km away, and Reus Airport 8km away, these stations have regular bus lines that can take you to Salou, with a stop 2 minutes from the apartment.
Port Aventura is located 1.8km away, although it can be reached by: regular bus, the Salou tourist train or by taxi, you can also reach it on foot in 25 minutes.
Very close to the apartment you can find car, motorcycle and bicycle rental services.
