This charming holiday home in the Creuse countryside offers peace, comfort, and wide views in a large 1000 m² garden with both sunny and shaded spots. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a pellet stove, TV, fiber internet, and sound system, plus a spacious kitchen with modern appliances and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a large bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is quietly set in a small hamlet, perfect for those seeking privacy and relaxation. Just five minutes away lies Evaux-les-Bains, a historic spa village with bakeries, shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. Beautiful hiking trails start nearby, including the route to the 300-year-old oak at l’Arbre du Loup. Chambon-sur-Voueize, once voted among the most beautiful villages in France, is also close, and within ten minutes you can enjoy swimming and a lakeside terrace. The Creuse is known for its peace and natural beauty. Discover the Millevaches Natural Park, explore Aubusson with its tapestry museum, or enjoy day trips to Clermont-Ferrand and the volcanic landscapes of the Puy de Dôme. In the Allier, Montluçon and Vichy offer shopping and historic charm. A security deposit of EUR 50,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
