The open plan living room area consists of a comfortable sofa which converts to a  double bed and can accomodate 1 more guest and a 32’’ flat screen TV with Netflix.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooktop, small refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, electric espresso coffee machine, toaster, kitchenware and crockery.

There is a 2-seater dining table.

The studio features a bathroom with shower.

A working desk with chair is available.

Free unlimited WIFI internet is provided.

A private washing  machine is available.

Smoking and parties are STRICLTY FORBIDDEN at this property. Pets are not allowed.

Insect screens are installed on all windows.


Guest access
A self check-in procedure is in place, whereby the keys are collected from a lockbox at the building entrance.
