Lounge/Dining Room - is very spacious and contains two sofas, dining table, chairs, Smart-TV and wireless router.

Master bedroom - double bed, en-suite bathroom and lots of built in storage.

Second bedroom - two single beds, lots of storage.

Third bedroom - two single beds, adjoins the conservatory.

Family bathroom - separate shower, bath, toilet and basin.

Garden - patio and mature plants and shrubs.

You will have access to the whole house during your stay.

We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo id and if required paid the security deposit.

We will not be on site, however, if the online guest book cannot answer your question, you can message us. If there is an emergency you will have access to our 24/7 emergency number. Remote check-in via a smart lock box, there is a Ring doorbell to monitor the number of guests checking into the property.

The property is set in the gorgeous village of Freckleton in a residential neighbourhood. The village has lots of history and is great for relaxing and walking. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants and other things to do. The village is beautiful and has won lots of awards for its flower displays. People are friendly and welcoming and you're only a small commute from Lytham, Preston and Blackpool.

Freckleton is not far from the M55 motorway which leads to the M6 motorway.

Freckleton is well connected via the bus network that leads to Preston, Lytham and Blackpool.

The nearest train station is in Kirkham. However, there are other stations in Blackpool and Preston.

The village has lots shops, pubs, restaurants, parks and more all within easy walking distance.
